Before placing an order, please check whether the dimensions of the desired custom-made product are correct and feasible on site. Cancellations or returns are excluded.

An order is only possible with the planning number, which is generated when printing or saving the offer.

Present the printout of your planning to your dealer.

The dealer will send the documents to us for checking for technical errors and correct prices.

A binding order will only be placed once we have confirmed the planning. The dealer is obliged to inform you about the acceptance of the order after our reconfirmation or in case of possible changes of the planning.
