Order Information

Before placing your order, please verify that the dimensions of the custom product you have selected are correct and can be implemented on-site. Cancellations or returns are not permitted.

An order can only be placed by providing the planning number, which is generated when the quote is printed or saved.

Please present a printout of your plan to your dealer.
They will forward the documents to us for review so that we can check them for technical errors and ensure the prices are correct.

A binding order is only placed once we have confirmed the plan. The retailer is obligated to inform you of the order’s acceptance following our confirmation or in the event of any changes to the plan.

Please take your planning documents to a Hornbach store near you.

We will then inform you of the next steps.
