Order Information

Before placing your order, please verify that the dimensions of the custom product you have selected are correct and can be implemented on-site. Cancellations or returns are not permitted.

An order can only be placed by providing the planning number, which is generated when the quote is printed or saved.

Please present a printout of your plan to your dealer.
They will forward the documents to us for review so that we can check them for technical errors and ensure the prices are correct.

A binding order is not placed until we have confirmed the plan. The dealer is obligated to inform you of the order’s acceptance following our confirmation or of any changes to the plan.

Since orders cannot be placed directly with us, please contact one of our authorized dealers with your planning documents.
